The rules of the road.

1. Who we are

Lighthouse is operated by Jazel Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Lighthouse", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of lighthouse.jazel.co, any subdomain, and any paid product served under that domain.

2. What Lighthouse is

Lighthouse is an independent lab that assesses whether real AI coding agents (such as Claude Code and Codex) can discover, choose, and correctly integrate a company's API and/or MCP server, and produces a reproducible, code-level Agent Integration Report, delivered privately to the client who commissioned it.

3. The report is advisory, not a guarantee

An Agent Integration Report is a diagnostic, advisory assessment of how a fixed set of AI coding agents performed against your product's API/MCP surface on a fixed corpus of tasks, at a point in time. It is not a certification, a guarantee of any commercial outcome, or a quality judgment of your product overall.

AI agents are third-party systems we do not control. Their behavior changes as their vendors update them, and results can move when agents update, when our corpus expands, or when you change your API. We make no warranty as to third-party agent behavior or that any finding will hold in the future. You are responsible for your own engineering decisions; a report informs them, it does not replace them.

4. Accounts & acceptable use

You agree to use Lighthouse lawfully. You will not:

• Submit a product, API, or target you don't own or aren't authorized to assess.
• Use Lighthouse to attack, overload, or probe third-party systems you don't control.
• Scrape our content in bulk, or resell our scores or reports as your own benchmark.
• Attempt to access another customer's data, reports, or account.

5. Payment & billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe, our payment processor. One-time reports are charged once; subscriptions are billed per cycle until cancelled. Payment does not itself start an assessment — we review each paid request before running it. See our refund policy for cancellation and refunds.

6. Findings & corrections

Our reports are reproducible: every finding is backed by the code an agent wrote and an outcome verifier's result. If you believe a finding is wrong, email founders@jazel.co; we'll re-check, share the underlying trace, and correct it if warranted. We do not publish scores publicly — assessments are private to the customer who commissioned them.

7. Liability

Lighthouse is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform. You may stop using Lighthouse at any time; cancellation of paid plans is governed by the refund policy.

9. Third-party trademarks & fair use

Lighthouse refers to third-party products and AI coding agents by name — products under test (e.g. Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Clerk, Supabase), AI coding agents (Anthropic's Claude Code, OpenAI's Codex/ChatGPT, Cursor), and the infrastructure we run on. All such names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners; we use them solely for identification — a fair, descriptive, nominative use.

We do not claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless explicitly stated. If you are a rights-holder and believe our use of your name materially misrepresents your product, contact founders@jazel.co and we will respond, share the underlying trace, and correct or remove the content if warranted.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here and, for paid customers, emailed in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
