One-time reports

If you purchase a one-time Agent Integration Report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as we haven't yet delivered the report to your dashboard. Once the report has been generated and published, the work is complete and the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by law.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed per cycle and you can cancel any time from your billing portal; your access continues until the end of the current paid period and you won't be charged again. We don't provide pro-rated refunds for the current period, and past cycles are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Charged twice, or billed in error? Email us and we'll refund the incorrect charge in full, promptly.

How to request a refund or cancel

Manage or cancel a subscription from your billing settings. For a refund, email founders@jazel.co with your account email and the charge in question — we aim to respond within a few business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
